Although pre-school children may be a little young to be surfing the internet by themselves, we may find that by allowing them access to smart phones and tablets they could unwittingly enter the world wide web rather sooner than might be suitable. Even if your pre-schooler isn’t yet taking an interest in technology, they may have older siblings who need some guidance on internet safety.
