In normal circumstances these are paid a half term in advance upon receipt of a Invoice issued by the treasurer. Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer or through government payment schemes.

Funding

Starting from the term following their third birthday all children are entitled to receive up to 15 hours of universal funding, this is Government funded and is available to all children. An extended 15 hours of funding is available to some parents who meet the criteria. There is now some funding available for 2 year olds.

2 Year olds - 

Funded 15 hours - Derbyshire families on a low income or on certain benefits

Funded 30 hours – working parents *you must obtain a code, eligible from the term AFTER your child turns 2 years old

3 & 4 Year olds -

All children are eligable for 15 hours funding, this the term AFTER their 3rd birthday.

Funded 30 hours – working parents *you must obtain a code, eligible from the term AFTER your child turns 3 years old

*You must obtain your 30 hour code before the end of term previous to you receiving the 30 hours funding. The code has to be verified with the local authority in the term prior to the funding commencing.

We are registered as a charity and we are not a profit-making organisation. Fees are calculated to cover regular expenses such as staff wages and training costs, insurance, rent and expendable materials. Money for replacing and purchasing new equipment is met through fundraising activities.
